Complete the booking form below and post or email to us with a deposit of £50 by either cheque or bank transfer. We will hold your reservation for seven days until this is received. We then ask that the balance be paid at least six weeks before your arrival. Full payment is required for bookings within six weeks of the intended stay.
Bookings are only valid on receipt of the booking form and the appropriate payment and confirmation in writing by the owner. Bookings must be received at least a fortnight before the commencement of your stay.

Except for short breaks (in October, November, December, February, March, and April ) the usual hire period is Saturday to Saturday. The maximum hire period is three weeks.
A non-returnable deposit of £50 must be paid when booking. The balance must be received at least six weeks in advance.
Maximum number of people is four, and we regret that we cannot take pets. Any breakages must be paid for. The owner shall be allowed access to the property if required at any reasonable time during the holiday occupation.
In the event of the property becoming unavailable through circumstances beyond the control of the owners, the owners shall refund the letting fee in full but shall be under no further liability to the holidaymaker; cancellation insurance is recommended.
